Series: Will Lee

This note contains spoilers for the series.

Stuart Woods has, so far as I can tell, one universe, with multiple identified series in it. But the series interact a lot, sharing characters, sometimes even having them play important roles in other series.

Will Lee is a "Democratic" president whose wife has a major government job, and who goes on to become President later. Can't help thinking that this name is a reference to the nasty "Slick Willy" nickname for Clinton (though, even at this writing, and certainly when the books were written, it wasn't actually clear yet whether Clinton's wife would go on to be President).

We get Lee family history way back to his first book, but I really met the Lee's as side characters in Stone Barrington's story.
